Japan is a country surrounded by the sea, and shipping companies have long been playing an important role in the development of the Japanese industrial economy and unique culture through the transportation of goods in trade with other countries.

Since its establishment in 1917, our company has seen many trends and transitions to become what it is today. I would like to express my deepest appreciation for the warm and kind support of our clients.

On the basis of the valuable experience that we have gained over the past century, we look back on our long history and commit ourselves to maintaining a sincere and sound management policy as one of the few common carriers in Japan. We will also be fully aware of our role as a shipping company in the future while nurturing high-quality global ship management, as well as placing the highest priority on safety, and we hope to play our part with passion and pride as an environmentally friendly member of the marine transportation industry.
